4. No Cancellation, No Return, No Refund

  • Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

  • All sales are final.

  • This applies to all products, customised items, bulk orders, workshops, and courses.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Eventorium is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is dispatched.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos/videos and the order number must be shared.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No refunds will be provided.
